Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to screen, test, diagnose, and treat pediatric injuries and conditions using standard PT procedures. You will educate patients and caregivers and work with both outpatient and acute care patients to achieve health goals.

• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and handles billing accurately.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians and healthcare providers about goals and needs.
• Delivers patient care and supervision as required.
