Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy-Center for Disability Services in Joliet, IL is seeking a full-time physical therapist to assess and develop motor skill programs for students. The role requires an accredited PT program and Illinois licensure; prior experience with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA.
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students' motor skills (fine and gross).
• Provide direct and/or consultative services to students.
• Present programming recommendations and annual goals.
• Collaborate with parents, administrators and other professionals to set therapy goals.
• Implement goals and track students’ progress and performance.
