Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. Join a clinician-owned team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children with developmental and neurological needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

We are hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs.
