Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. Join a clinician-owned organization that supports growth and values HALOS.

You will evaluate and treat children with developmental and neurological needs, educate families, document in EMR, and collaborate with physicians. Flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time options, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in home settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
