Job summary

Honeybee Hires partners with a clinician-owned private practice in Monterey, CA seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team. You will evaluate and treat infants to adolescents with developmental, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care group.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy License or license-pending
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed PT

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to a supportive and learning-focused environment.

Position overview:

• $52-$62/hour DOE (Salary equivalent up to $128k/year depending on experience and full/part time status)
• Full time & flexible part time options! Work a 3, 4 or 5 day week.
• $5k sign on bonus for full-time candidates
  
• Conduct thorough evaluations, followed by regular ongoing sessions
• Daily collaboration with multidisciplinary team & childs care providers
• Maintain records using a gold standard EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active or pending California Physical Therapy License
• At least 2 years experience working as a license physical therapist
• Ability to work in-person in Monterey, CA
• An energetic & playful personality - ready to build relationships with families and have fun in a therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
