Job summary

Infor is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for outpatient services in Marshall, MI. The role plans and administers medically prescribed PT to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability after disease or injury.

Responsibilities include patient testing, documentation, evaluating referrals, guiding patients through exercises, applying modalities, and maintaining safety. Michigan license or eligibility and BLS within 3 months are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist by the State of Michigan or eligible within three months of hire.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification within three months of hire.
• One year outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers prescribed physical therapy to restore function and relieve pain.
• Records treatment, test procedures and patient responses as required.
• Reviews referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Performs tests, measurements and evaluations and administers therapeutic exercises.
• Instructs and assists patients in exercises and applies physical agents.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
