Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Records treatment, tests, patient response, and results as required by Oaklawn policy.
• Reviews physician referrals and patient records to determine treatment.
• Performs patient tests, measurements and evaluations.
• Administers therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve muscle function.
• Instructs and motivates patients in exercises.
• Applies physical agents and traction as prescribed.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
