Job summary

Infor in Marshall, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Physical Therapy/Sports Rehab team. The role plans and administers medically prescribed OT treatments to restore function and relieve pain after illness or injury.

You will perform assessments, review referrals, and document results. The position requires Michigan OT licensure and BLS certification within three months of hire, with a preference for one year of experience and experience with all age groups.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• One year experience preferred.
• Experience with all age groups preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers occupational therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability.
• Performs patient tests, measurements, and evaluations.
• Records therapy procedures and results.
• Reviews physician’s referral and patient medical records to determine therapy.
• Administers therapeutic exercises, physical agents, and manual therapies.
• Instructs, motivates, and assists patients in exercises.
