Job summary

St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to perform evaluations and treatments for outpatient pediatric patients, including those with developmental delays.

The ideal candidate will have experience with pelvic floor therapy and a strong commitment to family-centered care. The role includes establishing treatment plans, educating patients and families, coordinating with care teams, and documenting in accordance with department policies.

Qualifications

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Role requires evaluation and treatment planning for pediatric outpatients.
• Experience with pelvic floor therapy is a plus.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides therapy to patients.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with other health-care providers.
• Delegates to assistants and students as appropriate; ensures competency.
• Completes documentation per departmental policies.
• Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
