Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required.
• Florida PT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services in-clinic and outpatient settings.
• Set measurable goals and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and educators.
• Document progress notes daily and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with equipment recommendations and therapy devices.
• Engage with parents through consultations and home programs.
