Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting, enabling care during daily routines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP) for coordinated care.
• Review medical history and developmental milestones to guide evidence-based care.
• Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based assessments.
• Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans that fit daily daycare activities and routines.
• Monitor progress and adjust the plan of care to evolving needs.
• Educate families with home exercise programs and strategies to support progress outside of sessions.
