Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking Pediatric Physical Therapists to join a child-centered, integrated team in Columbus, GA. Earn $75,000–$95,000 annually with up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide therapy in daycare settings to promote natural progress for children with developmental delays and special needs, review histories and milestones, and create family-centered plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work in daycare settings to promote natural progress and support children with developmental delays and special needs.
• Review medical histories, developmental milestones, and family concerns to create individualized, family-centered treatment plans.
• Assess movement, strength, and coordination through play-based and standardized evaluations in children’s environments.
• Partner with families to deliver education, home programs, and strategies for outside therapy support.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and support quality outcomes with a focus on efficiency and evidence-based practice.
