Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients aged newborn to 20 years meeting established standards.
• Develops and implements evidence-based plans of care to achieve functional outcomes.
• Completes documentation per departmental standards for accuracy and timeliness.
• Involves caregivers with tailored education and documentation for learning needs.
• Provides clinical oversight to PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students.
