The role includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and participating in department-wide process improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have an accredited Physical Therapy program, at least one year of clinical experience, and CA licensure; BLS required.

Formación

• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Successful completion of accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient and family-centered care under supervision of Rehabilitation Leadership Team.
• Conduct evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs.
