Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient and family-centered hand therapy care from birth to age 21.
• Perform evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and communicate with medical team.
• Coordinate services with other healthcare professionals and educate patients and families.
• Supervise assistants/aides and participate in medical team conferences.
