Qualifications

• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
• Proven reliability and innovative approach.
• Flexibility to travel for patient visits.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations.
• Develop and implement home-based treatment plans.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers.
• Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete charting.
• Adhere to agency policies and regulations.
