Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for East Side El Paso, TX. The role offers a sign-on bonus and involves home-based pediatric therapy across families in the area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visits as required by the agency.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork on time.
• Meet with agency personnel to understand expectations and standards.
• Comply with agency policies and all laws related to home-health pediatric PT.
