Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth. You will work across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab with a diverse caseload and a strong emphasis on development.

The role includes a six-week onboarding (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free CE, and a growth-focused culture with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized education.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
