Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients from birth to age 21.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and mentors.
