Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients from birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PT, OT, Speech, ABA) to deliver integrated care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and measurable outcomes.
