Job summary

Ivy Health in Michigan is seeking an outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team serving birth to age twenty-one. You will provide one-to-one care, develop individualized plans, and involve parents to carry skills into daily life, while collaborating with therapists across OT, Speech, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients from birth to age 21.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA) and mentor junior staff.
• Involve parents/caregivers in sessions to facilitate home exercises and carryover.

Education
