• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client screenings, evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to improve mobility and daily activities.

Skills

Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities

Bilingualism (a plus)
