Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for pediatric openings in Bardstown and Elizabethtown. Positions are full-time with day shift and include a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Providers will evaluate patients, develop Plans of Care with MD input, and ensure timely documentation within policy standards.

Requirements include a Kentucky PT license and CAPTE-accredited PT degree; BLS is preferred at hire and mandatory within 90 days. Benefits and team support are provided under Baptist Health.

Qualifications

• Kentucky license as a physical therapist.
• Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• BLS required within 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD.
• Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe.
• Maintain standards of quality as per hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
