Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for pediatric openings in Bardstown and Elizabethtown. Positions are full-time with day shift and include a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Providers will evaluate patients, develop Plans of Care with MD input, and ensure timely documentation within policy standards.

Requirements include a Kentucky PT license and CAPTE-accredited PT degree; BLS is preferred at hire and mandatory within 90 days. Benefits and team support are provided under Baptist Health.
