Joe’s Kids is a rapidly growing non-profit pediatric therapy clinic in Warsaw, IN, offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The role provides a base pay of $63,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year, with exempt full-time status under a supportive, family-centered team.

The selected PT will evaluate children, develop plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with a skilled team while ensuring HIPAA compliance and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the CAPTE.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Indiana.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet the physical and mental demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and develop a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Provide assessments, treatments, and instructions within Indiana scope.
• Maintain timely, thorough, confidential documentation.
• Educate families and promote home exercise programs.
• Refer families to community resources as needed.
• Participate in conferences, training and continuing education.
• Collaborate with therapy team and attend team meetings.
• Supervise students and ensure proper supervision of staff.
• Assist with clinic operations and adhere to CCP policies.
