Speech Therapy Plus LLC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist in New Jersey to join a multidisciplinary team providing pediatric therapy. The role focuses on improving gross motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility in infants to adolescents.

This part-time position offers a $75.00–$85.00 hourly rate, with an expected 20 hours per week and in-person work location. Collaboration with SLPs and OTs is a key element of care, along with family education and progress documentation.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in NJ.
• Pediatric experience preferred (outpatient, school-based, or clinical settings).
• Strong understanding of child development and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services for children with developmental delays and other physical challenges.
• Collaborate with SLPs and OTs for multidisciplinary care.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings for coordinated care.
