Job summary

Joe’s Kids is a nonprofit pediatric therapy clinic in Warsaw, IN, seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a temporary, part-time role. The OT will evaluate and treat children, create care plans, document thoroughly, and coach families on home programs. Indiana licensure and a Master’s degree are required; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Indiana.
• Graduate of an OT program accredited by the Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapy services to children for rehabilitation and health promotion.
• Develop and implement plans of care with measurable goals.
• Maintain timely and confidential documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and promote follow-through.
• Supervise students and assist with clinic operations and regulatory compliance.
