Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children birth–21 in diverse settings, including homes, daycare, preschools, clinics and community locations. You can expect a flexible schedule with clinical supervision and team support.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating children, educating families, documenting progress, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Competenze

• Must be NYS Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1–2 years working with children birth–5 preferred.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth–21 in home, daycare, preschool, clinics, and community settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to promote carryover.
• Follow individualized therapy plans and document progress; prepare progress reports.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations; submit records within timelines.
