Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in Long Island, NY. The role offers opportunities to work in homes, clinics, and community settings with a flexible schedule to accommodate families.

You will collaborate with a team of therapists and supervisors, providing high-quality pediatric services and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. NY licensed therapists with 1–2 years of experience with children are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be NY licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience with children birth-5 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the therapy plan for a family/child, plan ongoing treatment and address goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality according to HIPAA and regulations.
