Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work with children in homes, clinics, and community settings. You will help kids reach their goals and collaborate with a team dedicated to high-quality pediatric care.

This role offers a flexible schedule, supervision support, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates must be NYS licensed and committed to HIPAA confidentiality; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be NYS licensed and eligible to practice pediatric occupational therapy.
• 1–2 years of experience with children birth to 5 years preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children and families and strong teamwork.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client homes, schools, and clinics as needed.
• Commitment to HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Responsabilités

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth-21 in homes, clinics, and community settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to promote carryover and active involvement.
• Follow the individualized therapy plan and document progress and goals.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain child records with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and administrative staff for quality care.
• Address goals while ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
