Job summary

The Warren Center, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat motor needs of children enrolled in the Early Childhood Intervention Program. You will apply coaching models, document services, and collaborate with families to support child development.

Required: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and licensure; CPR/AED certification. The role may require evening visits and travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy is required.
• Licensed or in the process of licensure as required by the state board.
• Adult, Child, Infant CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the need for developmental motor services.
• Plan, implement, and revise motor plans for children and families.
• Provide services directly to children and families or as a consultant to other providers.
• Document services and collaborate with families using family-centered practices.
• Coordinate care with professionals and supervise interns or volunteers as appropriate.
