Job summary

Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Ventura, CA. New grads welcomed for strong mentorship and development in pediatric skills.

You will deliver individualized pediatric PT and build meaningful relationships with children and families. The role offers clinic-based care with some telehealth, competitive salary, bonuses, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible California Physical Therapist license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, caregivers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric PT evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care and functional therapy goals.
• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy interventions.
• Educate parents and caregivers and develop home programs.
• Collaborate with other members of the child’s care team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on the child’s needs.
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and professional development.
• Help families understand and participate in their child's therapy plan.
