Job summary

Pediatric Therapy Associates is seeking an energetic pediatric Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will work with children ages 0-21, collaborating with OTs and SLPs to deliver family-centered care in a supportive clinic.

New graduates are welcome. The role offers a 1-year mentorship, flexible compensation options, and relocation assistance for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Genuine passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients ages 0-21.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatment plans.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, families, physicians, and care team.
• Provide parent and caregiver education, home programs, and family training.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain timely documentation and payer requirements.
