Family of Kidz is seeking a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist for flexible, home-based pediatric care across Westchester and Putnam counties. You can pick up a few cases or build a larger weekly caseload, with compensation up to $110/hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Comfort with home-based care and travel within counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services in clients' homes and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with families.
• Coordinate scheduling and travel to cases within Westchester and Putnam counties.
