This role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, competitive pay of $60–$75 per hour, and a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on family-centered care and meaningful progress for children. The position supports clinicians with resources and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals.
• Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence.
• Educate and empower families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure whole-child care.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR system.
