Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. is seeking dedicated physical therapy professionals to serve children in Hillsboro, Oregon. Part-time roles are available and may be combined into a full-time position to meet clinic needs.

You will evaluate pediatric clients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate families on home activities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
• New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
• Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
• Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
• Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
• Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
• Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
