Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies in Oregon City, Oregon, is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our clinic. We offer part-time roles that can combine into full-time, with a base pay rate per client hour and a mission to help kids thrive.

The position emphasizes a play-based approach, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling to support families and patients across ages 0-21.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
• New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
• Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
• Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
• Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
• Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
• Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Oregon City, Oregon!

Job Type:

Physical Therapist - multiple part time PT positions can be combined into a full time position.

Base Pay Rate:

• Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour. Based on experience.
