Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Oregon City is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. Roles can be part-time, with multiple part-time therapists potentially combining into a full-time position, based on scheduling and volume.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals ages 0–21 to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete client treatment notes and reports meeting insurance/licensure requirements.
• Provide home activities and caregiver education to support goals.
• Collaborate with the client care team.
• Support families with guidance and resources.

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Oregon City, Oregon!

Job Type:

Physical Therapist - multiple part time PT positions can be combined into a full time position.

Base Pay Rate

• Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour. Based on experience.

What You'll Need

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
• New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
• Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
• Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.

• Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
• Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
