Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in homes, clinics, and community settings. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualified candidates are NYS-licensed Physical Therapists with a passion for working with children and families; 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist in New York.
• 1–2 years of experience working with children birth–5 is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated team player who is patient and professional.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth–21 in natural settings.
• Educate families/caregivers on intervention strategies for carry-over.
• Work in homes, daycare, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain confidential child records in line with HIPAA and regulations.
