Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team serving children with special needs. You will evaluate and provide pediatric therapy in homes, community, and clinic settings, collaborating with a caring multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families!
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1–2 years of experience with children birth–5 preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and a team player with patience and professionalism
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate involvement and carry-over.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records with confidentiality as required.
