About the Position

Physical Therapist (PT) – Join a multidisciplinary, therapist‑owned practice that provides speech‑language, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy to children in northeast Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop and modify treatment plans, and evaluate progress.
• Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment plans.
• Advising, consulting, and instructing teammates in specific therapy modalities.
• Observe and report patient progress or changes in status to the physician and appropriate team members.
• Work with a mixed caseload that may include developmental delays, cognitive deficits, sensory disorders, fine motor delays, balance issues, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Maintain documentation of reports, notes, and progress of therapy via our computer‑based program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Georgia, or a recent graduate.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must be able to work professionally and positively with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels.
