Job summary

Casm Limitlessli is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and coordinate individualized therapy programs for clients with movement deficits, focusing on improving functional performance at home, school, and in the community.

You will screen, evaluate, treat, and discharge clients, collaborate with educational personnel and families, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Supervision of therapy assistants may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Washington state.
• Background checks and fingerprinting completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations and select appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve movement and functional participation.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate families and caregivers to support skills, independence, and safety.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide supervision to physical therapy assistants as appropriate.
