Job summary

White-Wilson Medical Center seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and functional mobility challenges. You will work with patients and families to improve strength, coordination, movement, and overall physical function.

The role includes creating individualized treatment plans, delivering interventions, educating families, and maintaining records, all within a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Experience treating developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
