Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required).
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (required).
• Pediatric experience required (preferred).
• Experience treating developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in children.
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
