Pediatric Physical Therapist-EI/Preschool

Details about this opportunity:

• Location: Southern Dutchess County, NY
• Status: Part-Time, Fee for Service or Full-time Potential
• Compensation: $90-$100 per hour

Please note: This is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and licenses/certifications held. The position may be full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on current caseload, which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children.
• Administer and document physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, especially regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Keep accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews, providing input as needed.
