Qualifications

• Initial certification by National Board for Physical Therapy required.
• Current Physical Therapy License from the State of Nevada required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children using knowledge of treatment practices per discipline required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and procedures for therapy programs.
• Completes evaluations and analyzes patient needs.
• Prepares reports for multidisciplinary case meetings.
• Maintains clinical and administrative records.
