Family of Kidz in Delaware County, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time or potential full-time work. The role involves designing interventions for children, collaborating with teams, and completing evaluations and data collection for IFSP/IEP goals.

Must have NY State PT license. Bilingual is a plus. Compensation is $112/hour for early intervention, with benefits for full-time staff. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Working with early intervention and / or preschool children
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
