Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support early intervention and preschool children in Albany, NY. The role may be part-time or full-time, with a compensation rate of $90/hour for early intervention services.

Responsibilities include designing individual and group interventions, conducting PT evaluations, and collaborating with lead supervisors, families, and school personnel. NYS PT license required; bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs accurately and timely.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
