Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist in New York to design and implement innovative interventions for children on the caseload. The role involves work with early intervention and preschool children, plus writing up evaluations and data collection for progress reporting.

The position offers part-time hours or potential full-time opportunities, with compensation around $90/hour depending on caseload, license, and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Working with early intervention and / or preschool children
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
