Position Overview:

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for infants and young children (birth to age 4) in their homes, daycares, or via teletherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evaluations.
• Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals on therapy techniques and child development.
• Document progress and maintain detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-centered care.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Florida PT license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience or strong interest in working with infants and toddlers.
• Passion for early intervention and family-centered care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Medicaid credentialing (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
